There are five preliminary workshops as preparation of the first Arab forum of the faculty and leadership development center. These workshops targets the classification of the curriculums, distributes them over three-days of the training, the determining the needs of the faculties' members, the teaching assistants, the post-graduate studies and the employees in addition to putting forwards many suggestions to develop the training organization as whole

The Faculty and Leadership Development Center (FLDC) of Benha University has organized 21 training courses for faculty members and the administrative body under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the University President and Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs.
