Benha University announces several academic vacancies in the university’s faculties, such as the faculty of physical education, the faculty of physical therapy, the faculty of engineering/ Benha, the faculty of applied arts, the faculty of computers and physical education.  It’s noteworthy that the applications should be submitted to the faculty’s dean within 15 days of vacancy announcement and applications will be disregarded if submitted before or after the announcement.  

Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, BU president welcomes the musician/ Hany Shonoda and the composer/ Farouk Salama in his office, today, on the sidelines of the cultural saloon of music and singing. This is done in the presence of prof.Dr. Hany Shehata, the vice dean of the community service and environment development in the faculty of specific education, prof.Dr. Khalid Esawi, the coordinator of the students’ activities, and Ms. Rania Motaz, the assistant secretary-general of the community service and environment development.

 Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, BU president welcomes the external accreditation teams from the national authority of education quality management and accreditation to endorse 17 academic programs in several faculties. This is done in the presence of prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of educational and students affairs, prof.Dr. EL-Sayed Fouda, the vice president of community services and environment development, prof.Dr. Mahmoud EL-Zabalaway, the dean of the faculty of agriculture in Moshtohor, prof.Dr. Abdel Momean Shams EL-Din EL-Kornfolly, the dean of the faculty of applied arts, and prof.Dr. Mohamed Ghanem, the head of quality management and accreditation in the University.

Benha University participates in the 14^th round of the international forum of higher education (EduGate) that will last to 29^th of February in one of Cairo greatest hotels. This forum is conducted under the auspices of prof.Dr. Ayman Ashour, the minister of higher education in the presence of governmental, national, international and private universities. Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway inspects the university pavilion with prof. Dr. Amr Ezzat Salama, the secretary-general of Arab Universities Union, prof.Dr. Ali Shams EL-Din, the head of EduGate and the former president of Benha University, and Ms. Herro Mustafa Garg, the American ambassador in Cairo. The forum is highly attended by many students to get to know the newest academic programs of the Universities around the world.

Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, BU president meets with the Somali students in the university in the presence of prof.Dr. Ahmed Youssef, the head of the foreign students’ administration. EL-Gizaway asserts that this meeting comes in accordance with the university’s keenness to keep an eye on the conditions of the Somali students and listen to their opinions for having a proper educational process urging them to socialize with their Egyptian peers in the different students’ activities. He also adds that the university is keen to invest in our alumni and offer them high-quality services.

Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, BU president announces that the University obtains the position of 1106 around the world as per the international ranking of Web metrics for January 2024. There are 30,000 Universities which has participated in this international ranking. The university obtains the 25^th position among 1362 Arab Universities, the 20^th position among 2057 African universities and the 8^th position among 79 Egyptian Universities.
