 His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic has issued a presidential decree for appointing Prof.Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the Vice President of Post-graduate Studies and Scientific Research as the new president of Benha University, with our best wishes for him at his new position.

Benha University holds The 2nd Annual Conference of Postgraduate Studies for Humanities Science in the period from 18-19102023. The Conference is going to be held under auspices of Prof.Dr.Nasser El Gizawy, The acting president of BU, Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of educational and students affairs, Dr.Khalid Esawy, The University Public Activities Coordinator and MR. Ibrahim Abd Allah, the General Director of Youth Welfare. The Conference aims to build the capabilities of postgraduate students in the field of humanities Science, Presenting and solving the various issues related to the humanities and social sciences and Building a collaborative bridge between different students within the framework of open information exchange. Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice dean of the educational and students affairs holds a meeting with the faculties’ and the university activities’ officials so as to keep an eye on the students registration of the activities. This is done in the presence of prof.Dr. Khalid Esawi, the general coordinator of the university’s students activities, prof.Dr. Shady EL-Mashad, the IT advisor of the University and Mr. Ibrahim Abdel Allah, the head of youth administration in Benha University.   

Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the acting university president host, today’s morning, the members of the scientific committee of the presidential initiative of early diagnosis and cancer tumors treatment to hold a workshop about the presidential initiative of early diagnosis and cancer tumors treatment in Benha University’s hospital as the governorate is celebrating its national day.

This is done in the presence of prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of educational and students affairs, prof.Dr. Mohamed EL-Ashab, the dean of the faculty of medicine and the chairman of the BU’s university hospitals board, prof.Dr. Nermin Adly, the vice dean of the faculty of medicine for environment development and community service, prof.Dr. Amr EL-Dakakney, the executive manager of BU’s hospitals and Mr. Rafaat Nan, the assistant secretary-general of the administrative affairs. The committee includes prof.Dr. Emad Hamada, the head of the committee, prof.Dr. Ehab Kamal, the vice minister of the health of training affairs, prof.Dr. Ahmed Morsi, the secretary of the scientific committee and prof.Dr. Abdel Halim Gomaa, prof.Dr. Nermin Mustafa, prof.Dr. Ahmed Magdy, prof.Dr. Khalid Abdel Aziz, the members of the executive office of the presidential initiative. 

Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the acting university president says that the concerned committee of inspecting the faculties’ members’ production has finished its work with regard to the international publishing and citation competition/ July 2023 after the closure of grievances period. It’s noteworthy that the winners have to pay a visit to the cultural relations office to fill the application of rewards release.

Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the acting university president issues a decree to appoint prof.Dr. Mohamed Hasan Rafaat, the professor of heredity in the faculty of agriculture and prof.Dr. Ali Mahmoud Khalil, the professor of accounting in the faculty of commerce as vice deans of the faculties’ post-graduate studies and research respectively.

Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the acting university president announces that a new app of the unified certificates system for BU’s post-graduate students has been launched so as to issue E-documents. He stresses that this system save time and energy for services users whether they are faculties’ members, employees or faculties’ students. The new app comes in accordance with Egypt’s vision 2030 and it aims to develop the institutional performance and hone the human potentials. Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the acting BU president and prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of educational and students affairs inaugurates the music chamber in the center of the talented care center. This is done in the presence of prof.Dr. Samy Ghoneim, the dean of the faculty of commerce, prof.Dr. Gihan Abdel Hady, the vice dean of the educational and students affairs, prof.Dr. Hani Shehata, the vice dean of the environment service and community development in the faculty of specific education, prof.Dr. Mona Nasr, the center head, Mr. Rafaat Nan, the assistant secretary-general of the administrative affairs, several faculties’ members and centers’ heads.

Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the acting BU president participates in the national day celebrations of Qulubia governorate in the presence of several ministers, the former governors, the main governorate’s figures to perform Friday prayer in Nasser Mosque in EL-Villal Avenue/ Benha.

Under the auspices of prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the acting BU president and prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of educational and students affairs, the Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation workshop using the essential surgery skills for the faculty of medicine students has been ended. This two-day workshop is conducted in the presence of prof.Dr. Ashraf EL-Mashad, the supervisor of skills and medical simulation center in Benha University. The workshop dealt with mingling the Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, the essential surgery skills and the psychological aspect in a way that newly graduate physician can handle the patient. There were many foreign students who attend this workshop from Iraq, Syria, Palestine, and the Sudan in addition to many Egyptian students from Benha University and the other non-governmental and private universities.
