Benha University receives the Annual Assessment Visit of Quality Management Team
Prof. Dr. Gamal Sosa, Benha University President has confirmed that the University is keen to overcome all obstacles in order to improve the University's administrative system and implement quality standards in accordance with international standards.
He also added that Benha University has succeeded over the past years in renewing the international ISO certificates to cope with its vision towards transforming into fourth-generation Universities. Dr.Gamal Sosa has mentioned these words during receive the annual assessment visit of quality management team ISO 9001 2015 in presence of Prof. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-President for Education and Students ' Affairs , Prof.Dr.Nasser El Gizawy, Benha University Vice-president for Post Graduate Studies and Scientific Research and others. For his part, Dr.Gamal Sosa mentioned that Benha University has completed all of its preparation for the annual review visit, in order to ensure the continuity of the ISO 9001-2015 certificate granted to the University.
Benha University Biotechnology Incubator Launches a Program to Incubate Promising Transferable Ideas for Startups
Benha University Biotechnology Incubator announces about launches its first incubation cycle in cooperation with the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT) through a program called INTILLAQ to support promising ideas that can be transferred to startups companies in the fields of biotechnology. The Camp is a step to create a supportive climate for innovators and creators of young researchers.
It is worth mentioning that the Camp will be held under auspices of Prof.Dr.Gamal Sosa, Benha University President, Dr. Mahmoud Saqr, President of the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT) and Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, Benha University Vice President for Post graduate Studies and Scientific Research. For his part, Dr.Amr El Awamry, the executive manager of the Incubator mentioned that the incubation program consists of several stages as following; The First Stage: creative camp
At this stage, applicants are trained on the basic principles of entrepreneurship and the importance of creating ideas in a creative way that fits the needs of the market
The second stage: Before Incubation
Startups join this stage and work on the commercial model and the prototype, while providing technical and financial support in total amounting to 20 thousand Egyptian pounds.
The third stage: Incubation
Startups in the prototype transform the model into a commercial application ready to be put on the market, technical and financial support will be provided in total amounting to 200,000 Egyptian pounds.

BU President inspects the various Departments at the University Administration on the Occasion of Ramadan
Dr.Gamal Sosa, Benha University President congratulated all the staff and employees at Benha University on the occasion of Ramadan. Benha University President congratulates the Winners' Scientists of the State Incentive Award
Benha University President has announces that Benha University won two awards of the State Incentive Awards in2021.
For his part, Prof.Dr.Gamal Sosa, Benha University President has congratulated Dr.Mamdouh Hagag from Faculty of Engineering (Shoubra) and Dr. Diaa Salama Abdel Monaem from Faculty of Computer and Artificial Intelligence fort their winning of the State Incentive Award in advanced Science and Technology for 2021. Dr.Gamal Sosa confirmed that achievement is considered a tribute for all scientists and researchers at the University. He also added that it is evidence of the university's capabilities for its researchers to conduct their research and apply for various awards. Dr.Gamal Sosa expressed his happiness with this achievement, which is added to the balance of Benha University's achievements, noting that the University is rich with many distinguished young scientists in various scientific and research fields.

Prof.Dr. Nasser El Gizaway, Benha University Vice-president for Post Graduate Studies and Scientific Research announced said that the Technical Committee for examining the scientific production at Benha University announced the results of International Publication and Citations Rewards, January 2021 under auspices of Dr.Gamal Sosa, Benha University President.
El Gizaway added that the Faculty Members staff whose research is accepted, they must send the names of the three participants in the research to the following mail This email address is being protected from spambots. It is worth mentioning that, the number of citations will be calculated based on the last 5 years, according to the declared calculations of faculty member on Google Scholar; referring that anyone who has a Google Scholar account for paper that does not belong to him and uploaded it on Google Scholar will be blocked from the rewards of the University 's programs for researches support.

For his part, Dr.Gamal Sosa, Benah University President said that the activities of the Ramadan Football Tournament at Benha University are considered a qualifying stage before representing the winners of the University in the "Ramadan Tournament for Universities and Institutes", which is held under the auspices of Dr. Khalid Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Dr. Ashraf Sobhy, Minister of Youth and Sports, in the period from 22 to 25 April, with the participation of teams representing 32 universities and institutes at the level of the Republic.
