Prof. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students` Affairs inspected mid-term exams at Faculty of Physical Therapy and he was accompanied by Dr. Walid Tallat , the acting dean and Dr. Mustafa El Sayed, the deputy director of the Electronic Testing Center.
Prof. Tamer Samir assured that Testing Center has finished all the necessary preparations before exams and necessary statistics after the exams as a preparation for doing the electronic exams at the center this year.

The General Administration of Youth Welfare at Benha University has organized the Holy Quran competition for students under auspices of Prof. Dr. Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President, Prof. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students` Affairs and Dr. Khalid Esawy, the general coordinator for students affairs.
On the other hand, Dr. Musbah Kohely, the general manager for Youth Welfare department said that Nada Tallat Saad, the student at Faculty of Engineering has got the first place, Eman Ahmed Ismael, the student at Faculty of Physical Therapy has got the second place, Ahmed Mahmoud, the student at Faculty of Nursing has got the third place and Eman Magdy Ibrahim, the student at Faculty of Law has got the fourth place.

Benha University's Council under presidency of Prof. Dr. Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President has approved holding of Digital Transformation Basics Course for BU Staff and Students. The Course will be held at Information Technology Center (ITC) by cooperation with Technology and knowledge Services Center (TKSC) of the Supreme Council of Universities.
Prof.Nasser El Gizawy, the University Vice-president for Post Graduate Studies and Researches ' Affairs said that these course will be held in the frame of the University's plan toward digital transformation and to prepare who passed it to accomplish their digital tasks easily and conveniently.

Prof. Dr. Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President inaugurated online proceedings of Materials Engineering Science Conference which was organized at Shoubra faculty of Engineering in coordination with the University post graduate sector in the period from 5-6 December, 2020.
Prof. Dr. Gamal El Saeed said that the conference comes in the frame of Benha University policy for supporting scientific research and linking it with industry and community service to cope with industrial revolution challenges. Dr.Sohair Njgm, the conference coordinator said that the conference witnessed participation and attendance of Dr.Ayman Shahaby, the Faculty dean of Shubra Engineering Faculty, Prof.Dr. Mustafa El Sayed, the Professor at Georgia University,Dr.Latifa El Nady , the founder of the Middle East Laser Institute and other researchers and professors from several nationalities .

Prof. Tamer Samir said that this competition comes within a series of varied activities for students which ended as following; Ali Shaker, the student at faculty of Arts has got the first place, Mahmoud Khalid Tantawy, the student at faculty of Medicine has got the second place, Mohamed Abd El Hamid, the student at faculty of Nursing has got the third place , Mohamed Reda, the student at faculty of Law has got the fourth place and Mustafa Mohamed Mahmoud , the student at faculty of Education has got the fifth place .With our best regards and congratulations for all of them

Prof. Dr. Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President announced that the University has joined the list of 500 best ECO- friendly universities around the world according to Indonesian Ranking Green Metrics 2021. El Saeed added that Benha University has come on NO.354 among ECO - friendly universities around the world and in the fourth place among governmental universities in Egypt.
Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches' Affairs said that Green Metrics Ranking based on six indicators that measure commitment of universities to sustainable development, smart buildings, energy, climate change, waste recycling, water, transportation and educational, research preparations and developing ECO –friendly infrastructure.

The Leadership Selection Committee in Benha University has held interviews today to the applicants for the University leadership positions under auspices of Prof. Dr. Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President, Prof.Dr.Nasser El Gizawy, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches' Affairs and other members. The Committee has received all applicants for the following positions; the University Secretary, The Director-General of Engineering Affairs and Director-General of Scientific and Cultural Relations of the University.
The interview also was held to renew the work period for seven leadership positions as following; Director-General of Youth Welfare , Director – General of University Hostels , Secretary of the University Board,Faculty of Commerce Manager , Director General of Accounts and Budget, Director General of Legal Affairs and Administrative Affairs Manager.

Benha University organized a celebration yesterday on the occasion of International Anti- Corruption Day by cooperation with Administrative Control Authority (ACA). The celebration was held in presence of Prof. Dr. Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President, Major General Khalid Abd El Latif , Head of ACA in Qalyoubia , Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches' Affairs,Prof.Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students` Affairs , Dr. Gamal Soussa , the General Supervisor on Community Service Sector, and Dr. Khalid Esawy, the General Coordinator for Students' Affairs , Mrs. Samia Abd El Hamid , the University General Secretary ,faculties' deans , deans' assistants , University memebers' staff and students .
In his speech, Prof. Dr. Gamal El Saeed confirmed that corruption is the scourge of all ages and it must be combated in all its forms and assured that anti- corruption must be a priority for all institution at all countries around the world whether it was developed or developing countries.

Prof. Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President said that the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research issued a decree to establish the 1st biotechnology incubator at the University Obour Campus to support and provide business services, technical and scientific consultations for the scientific research projects and the emerging companies in the field of biotechnology.
Prof. Nasser El Gizawy, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches ' Affairs said that the establishment of Benha University biotechnology incubator is a significant shift in linking scientific research with industry and the needs of society, as technology incubators play a major role in achieving the knowledge economy by transforming creative ideas into wealth.

Major General Abdel Hamid El Hagan, Qalyoubia Governor and Prof. Dr. Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President opened the hall of the Late Prof. Hossam Elattar, the Founder and the 1st President of the University at the Campus in Obour.
I this regard, Qalyoubia Governor and BU President honored the family of Prof. Hossam Elattar and gave them the University Shield. They also honored Prof. Safwat Zahran, ex-president of the University; Prof. Ali Shams Eldin, ex-president of the University; and Prof. Elsayed Elkady, the former president of the University in the presence of Eng. Hany Dahy, ex-minister of transportations and the Engineers Syndicate in addition to a number of previous Vice-presidents and leaders for the University.
