El-Kady also meets with prof.Dr. Ali Mobashri who wants to travel to Egypt at end of May to deliver three workshops in Benha University and he meets with prof.Dr. Shince Doly, the director of the faculty of post-graduate studies and this meeting results in offering five PhD scholarships in Surrey University.
