The Supreme Council of Universities "SCU" announces the opening of the electronic applying for the arbitration committees in its 13th session for those who never applied and meet the requirements of membership according to the article (10) of rules and system of the scientific committees "13 session" 2019/2022. The applying will start from July01 to July29, 2020 at the SCE e-portal
