Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president issues a decree to appoint Prof.Dr. Ghada Shaker Abdel Fattah, the professor at the department of Domestic Economics in the faculty of specific education as the vice dean of the faculty for the students and educational affairs for three years (a second term). He also issues a decree to appoint Prof.Dr. Hani Shehata, professor at the department of music in the faculty of specific education as the vice dean of the faculty for the students and educational affairs for three years (a second term). He appoints Prof.Dr. Ehab Mohamed Farid, the professor at the department of land plots and water in the faculty of agriculture as the vice dean for community service and environment development for three years (a second term) as well.

This is done in the presence of Prof.Dr. Mahmoud EL-Zabalawy, The dean of the faculty of agriculture, Ms. Shreen Shawkay, the secretary-general of the University, Prof.Dr. Amr EL-Dakakney, the head of the University hospitals, Prof.Dr. Ehab Farid, the faculty of agriculture’s vice dean for community service and environment development, Prof.Dr. Rania Motaaz, the assistant secretary-general of the University for Community Service and environment development and Prof.Dr. Amani Ibrahim, the head of the Arab Union for sustainable development and environment.

This is conducted on the sideline of the forum between Benha University and the Arab Union for sustainable development with regard to the prevention and the protection from the cervical cancer. It’s noteworthy that this forum is done under the auspices of Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU President and Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed Fouda, the vice president of community service and environment development.

The University’s council, under the presidency of prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president, honors the team of the unified system of governmental complaints as a result of their efforts to quickly determine the complaints during one month in 2022. This is asserted according the report issued by the cabinet’s unified system of governmental complaints. Mr. Mahmoud Ebeid got rewarded on the behalf of the team for their brilliant accomplishment throughout the whole year.

The University’s council is held under the auspices of prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president, Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the vice president of post-graduate studies and scientific research, Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of educational and students affairs, Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed Fouda, the vice president of community development and environment service, the faculties’ deans, Ms. Shreen shawkay, the secretary-general of the council, the assistant secretary-generals and the council’s members.

The University’s president discusses the activities of the smart government Hackathon in its second round and the first international tournament of football for foreign students heaping praise of the exerted efforts to make these events successful and prosperous.

The faculty of Arts organizes a cultural forum about citizenship and patriotism for the University students. This forum is conducted under the auspices of the University’s president Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed Fouda, the vice president of community development and environment service and prof.Dr. Mohamed Abu Arab, the acting dean of the faculty of Arts. It is also conducted under the supervision of prof.Dr. Arabi EL-Tohki, the faculty’s vice dean of community development and environment service, Ms. Rania Motaaz, the assistant secretary-general of community development and environment service and Ms. Sarah Maher, an official in the ministry of social solidarity.

The speeches are delivered in the forum by prof.Dr .Naglaa Abdel EL-Gawad, the professor in the department of history, prof.Dr. Wael Abdel EL-Hakam, the professor in English language department. They speak about citizenship and patriotism of the university students.

Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU University hosts Ms. Khoulod Rashid, the cultural chancellor of Bahrain in Cairo for possible cooperation between Benha University and Bahrain.

This is done in the presence of Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the vice president of post-graduate studies and scientific research, Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of educational and students affairs, prof.Dr. Mohamed EL-Ashab, the faculty of medicine’s dean, prof.Dr. Lofty Abu Salim, the faculty of science’s dean, prof.Dr. Ahmed Youssef, the head of the foreign student unit in the University, prof.Dr. Ali Abdel Aziz, the faculty of engineering’s vice dean for community service and environment development and a number of Bahraini students in the University

Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU University hosts the former agriculture minister and the vice president of the Arab Union for sustainable development and the environment on the sideline of the scientific forum organized by the faculty of agriculture in cooperation with the Arab Union for sustainable development and the environment about “Potatoes and its effect on the food security, the economy and the Man’s health”.

This is done in the presence of Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the vice president of post-graduate studies and scientific research, Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of educational and students affairs, Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed Fouda, the vice president of community development and environment service, prof.Dr. Mahmoud EL-Zabalawy, the faculty of agriculture’s dean, prof.Dr. Gamal EL-Shantory, the head of the scientific committee in the Union, prof.Dr. Saad EL-Laban, the assistant secretary-general of the Union and prof.Dr. Amani Ibrahim, the head of the Arab Union branch for sustainable development and environment in Qualia.

There is an announcement of the writing contest in the scientific Arab magazine for the youth in 2023 and it’s noteworthy that this is a quarterly magazine issued by the Arab league of educational, cultural and scientific organization (Alecso) since 1997. This organization aims at spreading out the scientific knowledge and increasing the scientific awareness among the Arab youth (from 14- 18) year old.

The organization, thus, calls the faculties’ members, the experts, media professionals and the talented youth to write short scientific essays in exchange for a small amount of money. For those interested, kindly send your works via the following:
